By using Find a Home Stager you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Using the directory

The directory is provided for finding and contacting home stagers. You agree not to misuse it, scrape it at scale, or use enquiry forms to send spam or unsolicited marketing.

Listings and accounts

Stagers are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings, including any certifications they claim to hold. Certification badges reflect what the stager has declared. You can verify a stager's Home Staging Institute certification using the verify link on their profile.

Premium subscriptions

Premium is billed annually. You can cancel anytime; your Premium features remain active until the end of the paid period, after which the listing reverts to the free tier.

No guarantee of work

We connect homeowners and stagers but are not a party to any agreement between them. We do not guarantee enquiries, bookings, or outcomes.
